Antesa brings broad-ranging experience from her 12 year career in finance with her in the work she does with businesses today.
Antesa’s role in international investment banking, both in New York City and in Copenhagen, no matter the official title or position she held, was as “the glue of the team.” She had a reputation for influencing whichever organization she was in toward deeper levels of authenticity, more proactive collaboration, better communication, active knowledge-sharing, and more efficient processes, both within her team and with other departments.
In the second half of her career as she evolved into explicit leadership roles, she was known for developing significant talent in her teams, regardless of their backgrounds or experience levels. The majority of the people she hired or led during her tenure as a leader have either become leaders themselves, or have discovered their own inner entrepreneur and taken their unique ideas out into the economy as small business owners.
Her own professional work in the financial industry, and the myriad of experiences that entailed, has informed and inspired her business offerings and guided her in creating something truly unique that can immediately be put to practice by the organizations with whom she works.
