The limiting belief that causes the worst form of self-sabotage.
Have you ever thought about what it means to be carrying around a *limiting* belief?
Think about how your body might feel when you say things to yourself like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m too much” or “I’m unworthy of love and nourishing connection."
How does it feel?
Pretty *limiting*, right?
A lot of people get stuck between the notion of living imprisoned by their own limiting beliefs and what the other unknown options are.
We know we don’t want to be ruled by such restriction but finding the alternative feels like a big mystery.
While it’s not easy, the solution is definitely simple.
What’s the opposite of limiting?
**Limitless.**
What are some **limitless** beliefs you could play with instead?
How might you behave in your life in ways that aligned with **limitless** beliefs, rather than *limiting* ones?
What would that take? What changes would you need to make in your life to make this your practice? What sort of connections would you need to have? What sort of lifestyle would you need to create for yourself? How healthy would you need to be? What boundaries would you need to uphold?
This is the place where most people falter. THEY ARE CARRYING AROUND *LIMITING* BELIEFS ABOUT BEING **LIMITLESS** (!!!!!!!) and use their present lives as evidence of impossibility and limitations and so shut it all down.
Over and over again.
“Telling my partner the truth about my deepest needs and desires would be too much.”
“I can’t quit my job and create my own vision, too many people rely on me.”
“I don’t make enough money to live that well.”
"Being limitless and powerful is dangerous."
Aka: self-sabotage.
This is the truth: WE ARE LIMITLESS. We are limitless in our own bodies. We are boundless and free and our minds are what are keeping us trapped. We are playing into collective illusions and allowing ourselves to be deluded.
And we don’t have to. We don't have to do any of that. None of it.
STOP. IT.
